About Federation of Iran BioScience Societies (FIrBS)
FIrBS founded in 2014 after official approval by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT). It is a nonprofit organization with the aim of national, regional and international synergistic collaborations among bioscience societies registered in both of MSRT and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education has executive responsibility for health and medical education (MOHME). FIrBS thereby provides a voice to a large part of the life science related research and teaching community in Iran and beyond. Promotion of education, research and technology in the all aspects of the life sciences are targeted through service to the member societies and collaborative advocacy in the FIrBS.
